Aegis Glass

Aegis Glass replaced the windshield on my RV. Even with all of the restrictions due to the COVID pandemic, they were great in working with me and my insurer to get the window here and get it replaced before the next camping season. Michelle was friendly, knowledgeable and stayed on top of the situation the whole time. The shop technicians were excellent, very professional and skilled. Extra kudos for helping me get the RV in and out of the shop bay. Will certainly go back to them again should I ever need another windshield replacement.

I've had 3 windshields replaced by this company. The first one went great - the owners came out to perform the work. The second and third were complete disasters done by employees. First, my truck window trim was left loose and damaged, dirt left all over the interior of the truck dash. Second, they installed the entirely wrong windshield in our car, which leaked causing damage to the headliner. Big promises to fix everything, but damage is done and time is wasted. Overall, very disappointed as they came with high recommendations. Don't recommend using this company because it has cost me time and money to get their problems fixed elsewhere.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Worst glass shop I have ever dealt with. Their work is done carelessly and they do not stand behind any of their work. Horrible customer service. Highly recommend looking elsewhere if you need glass work done.

I wanted to make this my go to place glass place for my Kenworth. Twice now I,ve had the we will call you back. Still waiting. Apparently the little guy is not important enough.
