Nathan was amazing, he took my call 10 minutes before closing and was able to book me in the next day for two rock chip repairs. He was professional and knowledgeable, explained the costs and how long it would take.  My appointment the next day was on time and efficient, he checked the repairs needed and took my vehicle in right away, discussed adding aquapel to my service, which simply made sense for soo many reasons. Nathan easily managed receiving customers, answering the phones and processing payments for completed service with a high level of customer service and pride in his actions and word choices, truly as if it was his own business.  We have 5 vehicles and we won't be going anywhere else ever again just because Nathan was so memorable to deal with.Service:&nbsp;Auto windshield repair

Great place to go. I was in transit from Ottawa to Nanaimo BC had a rock chip in my windshield just east of Calgary in Hwy 1. I checked reviews on Google in Calgary  for windshield repair shop and this place came highly recommended. All reviews are true, very good service, honest employees there to help, talented technician /repair men who are serious about doing it right. They will try to bring back your windshield to the best possible condition they can and they are honest about if it can be fixed or not. The took me in right after fixing the other vehicle they had and did a great job. Decent price. I recommend them.

Well organized, on time, friendly and did a great job on  my windsheild.  Service was completed quickly, very satisfied.

The Service manager Dave was super nice to talk to on the phone. He took the time to explained the difference between using OEE original equipment equivalent vs cheap glass and about the quality tools and processes they use compared to other shops that he has personally worked at. I made the decision to spend a little more money and go with Speedy Glass for some peace of mind. Dave was also able to book me in right away even though they were all booked up, as I explained to him I wouldn't be able to come in the following week. I'm very pleased with the new windshield and my truck is safe to drive again. Thanks Speedy glass.

Good service, I think the initial contact communication could do a little better.  What I mean is I called to get a quote on a windshield, I provided them with my VIN, we verified details and the. Was given a price for "glass and labor", I was told the price of the glass was high because my vehicle is a bit older. Fair enough.  I booked them appointment, dropped it off on time and they said come back in 2-3 hours and it will be ready. I went to Canadian-tire and bought some new wiper blades.  I came back 2 hours later the vehicle was ready and they processed my sale.  This part of the interaction was very good with lots of information.  My only complaints are...  I paid so much for some Chinese made glass I know they have a factory in China and the USA and...  I wasn't told that it came with wiper blades and hydrophobic coating...  I believe that was an upsell without telling me about it, and just packing everything together and giving me the total price.  I guess it depends on who you deal with there based on how much Information you are given.  Because as I sat an observed before paying I heard one of the gentleman on the phone with a customer and give them a clear break down of what's included and what is optional.  As he was on the phone with the customer he explained the glass was $245, plus the window trim, but he said he could include the window trim for free. He then proceeded to ask if they customer wanted hydrophobic coating, the customer passed and then he asked the customer if they wanted new wiper blades. Again the customer passed.  If I would have gotten communication like that, I would have been a bit happier.  Bottom line, if you're dealing with them make sure they are clear about what you are getting for your money.

I called today around 9 am for side window replacement and by 1:30 pm today it was ready!!  Fantastic service from Brett, Alyssa, Scott and anyone whose name I did not get!! Highly Recommend!Service:&nbsp;Auto side window replacement
