What an awesome cruise!! And we owe it to Tracy Rust for the time and care she put into making all the arrangements for us. Tracy was available to us anytime we had questions and took care of making any arrangements (such as for excursions) we requested. It was a lovely gesture on her part to have chocolate covered strawberries delivered to our room at departure and she let the cruise crew know we were celebrating an anniversary so we were treated to wine at our dinner table one evening, another unexpected but appreciated gesture, to make our trip memorable. Thanks you Tracy, we will definitely be calling on your when we plan our next vacation trip!

Our trip was very long, 41 days. There was a lot of planning to be done. Tracy was excellent in getting the job done. She had a lot of calling to book all the extras we did. She was prompt and professional in all areas. When our ship had to divert France because of a strike and we could not go on our booked excursion, she got our refund back quickly. Will always use her for our booking in the future.

My husband and I have never used a travel agent prior to our Alaskan cruise that we just returned from, but we had a wonderful experience with Tracy! She was very good at reminding us of things prior to deadlines, asking if there was any way she could help, watching for deals that might allow us to pay less money overall, answering questions, etc. We didn't have to worry about anything! We would definitely use her again for future trips! Thanks Tracy!

My wife and I just booked an Alaskan cruise through Tracy with my sister and her husband. We have booked cruises on our own in the past, and will not book another vacation on our own without going through Tracy. The entire experience was so much more enjoyable. From the start when we booked, Tracy continued to work behind the scenes to try and find us cheaper prices to get us some money back. While we were waiting for our cruise departure date, Tracy continued to send us emails to prepare for our cruise with little tips that we would not have gotten if we did it on our own. Honesty, the price was the same as if we did it on our own, and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Tracy is extremely professional and knowledgable about what to do, where to go, and knows how to get little extras or a better price. 100% reccomemded.

Tracy helped me try to narrow down our vacation for months. She then took the time to suggest some activities and shows for us to catch!! We scheduled and paid for it all and on the day before, she had us over while she printed our flight tickets, airport shuttle passes, and confirmed all the arrangements!! THANK YOU SO MUCH, TRACY!!! We enjoyed Vegas immensely, thanks to your efforts!!!
