Very friendly staff. Jim came out quickly to give us an estimate on installing a new utility sink in our garage. Shorty thereafter we scheduled for the installation work to be done. Jim and his crew worked nearly all day and seemed to be very thorough with their work. However, after a few days, we did discover a small drip leak coming from a new soldered pipe in the basement. We gave them a call, and Jim was there the very next day to re-solder any missed spots on the pipes, and we've had no issues since! Great service, and quick to respond to any issues you may be having with their work or otherwise. Highly recommend!

Alex was excellent. He represented your company extremely well, and did an excellent job in finding the exact proper faucet for our kitchen sink. The installation was perfect.

As i am a diamond club member to receive my annual free inspection i tell the technician every thing is fine because al my plumbing in my home you have installed upgraded or repaired over the years so expect all to be okay because all is your work examples water heater main valve supply hoses on gas and water lines toilet lab faucet tub and shower faucet upgrade of undressing and sink faucets and new sink need i say any more?? 5--stars rating

We had been looking for a reputable plumbing company for over two years for some future planned work. Finally heard about Advantage and I called to get a quote on several items I wanted to have done. Jim came to the house and we spent about an hour plus talking through the projects I wanted to have done. Jim gave me a quote and I decided to do about half of the work. Jimmy came on time and was very friendly, but most of all he was very knowledgeable. He ran into a problem early. Even though we had ordered a comfort height toilet for the basement a standard height came in and Advantage did no realize it until Jimmy brought it into the house. Jimmy called Advantage and they had a special space saver toilet in stock and brought it out to the house. This toilet actually saved us even more space than the one originally ordered. Jimmy worked pretty much all day to replace three toilets and a sump pump motor. He was very professional and left the place looking like he had not even been there. I would definitely use Advantage again. In fact, I plan to replace my water heater sometime this summer...after I save a bit more for it. All in all, Advantage may not be the most inexpensive plumbing company in the world, but they more than make up for it in customer service and warranty. I would not hesitate to recommend Advantage to all my friends and neighbors. Advantage...you have a customer for life. Thanks!!!

I would hire this company again any time. Very professional and honest. I had a difficult job and he did a great job for me. He ran a gas line to a cook top and made it so I didn't have to lose my drawer under the cooktop like another plumber had told me. Did the job for a lot less too.
