Dr. Carini and his entire staff take the cake when it comes to customer service and care!!! Our entire household goes to see him and we never have to worry about a visit! Even our toddler loves his office!!!! The staff at Advanced Dental Treatment Center makes sure everything that they can do for you is done. We never have to worry about dealing with insurance because they take are of everything. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a new one!!!!!

Full disclosure: At this point I am a personal friend of Bill's. However, it did not start that way. When I was dating my wife he was her family's friend so I would run into him at holidays or a random get together every now and then. He invited me to his practice and said the initial consultation would be free, which it was. I said sure since I hadn't had a cleaning in a year and felt like I was due. He had mentioned what his vision for his business was when we would speak but the execution of it has been pretty impressive. You'll get a tour of his office, usually a goodie bag, and the entire thing feels like a very upscale place to get what people normally despise done. This automatically made me feel better about being there since I knew this wasn't going to be a run-of-the-mill, florescent lighting type dental experience. There are televisions and headphones for every massage chair that they have there. I did say massage, because they do that. Everything down to the lighting is done very well to match what he wants his clients to experience. The equipment that he has made me feel like a fossil because the last time I did x-rays it was this rotating gyro-sphere that you had to sit still for 17 minutes on. This thing that he has does every angle and a 360 view in about 30 seconds from what I can remember. The staff was very friendly at the front desk and you could tell that they actually cared about where they worked as opposed to just keeping it alive so they had a job. I haven't been product pushed at all while I was there. I was told what a good idea for my mouth would be, given a one month reminder of the conversation, and that was that. I'm in sales, so I was purposely looking for someone to give me some sort of trigger term or something and it didn't happen. I respected Bill's business and now he is my Dentist based on that experience. Since then we have become better friends because of the family ties (and he's a really fun guy), but my review is objectively based on the first experience I had at his practice before we ever got to that level. I have been sending my fiancé here for over a year. He hadn't seen a dentist since he was 8. We pay cash so it's nice that they are willing to work with us to pay little by little. Plus their savings plan is worth investing in as well. I highly recommend going here. Everyone is extremely nice.

This place is awesome! Everyone is friendly and they have chairs that massage you! They don't beat around the bush with things either, they have given me great advice about some dental issues and what I should do. They also have snacks 😉
