Lovely time with Dr. Johnson and Linda for my root canal. NO PAIN. Everything explained, patient and considerate.  Completely relaxing experience much to my surprise. 
Front desk doesn't always feel welcoming

I made an appointment because I was having a lot of pain on the right lower side of my mouth. I think the staff were trying to rush my appointment. The assistant got 2 X-rays of my lower right side. She was rushing!!!! So once I got in the room the dentist came in, poked around at my teeth and said my teeth were perfectly fine. Remind you I was in pain for the past few days. The dentist said sometimes your teeth just "do that," meaning have pain from time to time. She then said if I'm still having pain then I should schedule to have a cleaning, then of that doesn't work then I should get a root canal. She said I had a small crack on my tooth but that's not what's causing pain. That was a quick 10 min appointment. She left before I can ask any questions. So I went to another dentist and thank God for dentists that take their time on their patients. I had an abscess and needed my tooth removed. Some dentist offices try to fit all these people in because they're only about money. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone.

Read some negative opinions on here but like to form my own.  I had an implant done by Dr.  Berger.  It was a pleasant experience I must say.  The entire staff was very pleasant and quick to return my calls ref billing questions. Nice clean atmosphere.  The over-all service was quick precise and pleasant.  I only gave it 4 stars as I am having further basic dental work there by another doctor so I have no opinion on that yet.  Dr.  Berger just does implants and was great.

Great experience dealing with West Allis Dental. I would strongly urge anybody needing Dental works gives them a chance.
