Hamrin is the best!! I found the shoes that I really want and she saw that they are in stock two pairs in the system. However, other staff couldn’t find them and I was quite disappointed. She told me that she could try to find them herself when it’s less busy out front. And she found them!! I really appreciate how she went the extra miles to help her customer. Thank you!

The Originals store manager Paul is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He is committed to customer satisfaction and providing a pleasant shopping experience. His staff are well trained in customer service and have good knowledge of store products. The store is well organised and super clean. My latest pick up was a pair of easter themed ZX 9000 as pictured. If you are in Vancouver and need to quench your thirst for the three stripes, make sure adidas Originals is on your list of destinations. A+

Left work early just to make the store before closing. I needed to purchase a couple of pairs of runners and they close at 7pm. I arrived just now at 6:47 for the man to say they are closed. I said well you’re open until 7 though? He said no we are closing down now. Unacceptable! Store hours are until 7 not 6:47

The two guys working in the store on Tuesday October 18 around 3-6pm were both really helpful and nice. One was a tall guy in a dark blue pullover, dark brown hair standing at the door with the iPad, and the guy was our cashier with med/light brown hair

I had a purchase in Mid Aug for 3 hoodies, they shipped them one by one during Sep and now for the last part of my order that I have not received, customer service said that it is returned due to an issue with transfer that she was not sure about it and said they cannot reship it. That is very inconvenient and for sure it means not buying anything online from them anymore.

They really have some nice lifestyle collection. Best part is, you will not get overwhelmed by the load of sports & other collection. Trust me, they also have got some nice pair of exclusive sneakers as well. Which you aren't going to find in multibrand stores....

We went to buy a pair of navy joggers for my son which he tried on and wanted. He went to buy them and they give you a new one packaged up not the one you try. Well my son just took the bag without thinking they might have got it wrong. We were leaving back to Gibraltar next day so it went straight into suitcase. When we got home and opened it, it was a hoodie which we already had, so we cannot even exchange it as don't live in Canada aarrgghh wasted our money

The staff was helpful and super friendly, they also require a mask and social distancing so that's nice

The manager at the McArthur Glen location was unfairly promoted to regional manager, the same manager who sits back, does nothing, and takes vacations very often. She is also friends with the former regional manager. Also, beware of "snakes" throughout the Metro Vancouver locations.
