Update: Ownership reached out to discount our bill and we feel it is very fair for our situation. We will use this company again next year and hope to have better results with a different preparer. Unfortunately, our experience hasn’t been great with ADF and ended up frustrating. Once turning in our documents we waited several weeks without hearing anything. After finally inquiring the agent thanked us for reminding him he still had our taxes to complete and to call back in a few more days to make sure he started! We understand tax season can be busy but it’s like we were forgotten. Several weeks later, Once documents were completed we were asked to sign and return the form to electronically file. We did this and checked online to see when our return would be coming and it stated they weren’t filed yet. After almost a week and calling, ADF said they never received our signed paperwork to file which we signed and returned in person. These documents had all of our family’s information children included. When inquiring about what happened we were told they didn’t know what happened to the documents and they’d call back later and we still don’t know. With documents still missing they said they’d file the next day and did without our signatures to expedite the process. They mailed us another form to sign. We did get a our file post filing but the signed document we initially turned in to file electronically still hasn’t been found. Then when it came time for our return, it wasn’t filed as direct deposit and was sent as a check. This would’ve been fine if it’s what we requested. We gave ADF our account and routing number for direct deposit and that paperwork has been lost as well with no one knowing where it is. We’ve asked to not have to pay for the service as it was quite the headache and we are still being charged fully. I would strongly advise not using this company as it wasn’t professional, we had to bug them to file our taxes after several weeks and important documents were lost bank account info, private information, etc.

I went to this group after my tax guy retired. I was very happy with their service and they completed my taxes with no problems. I am very pleased with them and will no be using them for my accounting needs.
