If you have other options for your loved one, I highly recommend choosing them over Ullrey Memorial Chapel. I made a special request for a lock of my dad’s hair before he was cremated and was told this request would be honored. Specifically from an employee named Chelsea Carranza. I live out of state and was also made to believe that my portion of my dad’s ashes would be mailed to me they asked my address, etc.. After payment was received by Ullrey, all communication ceased. I only learned about the status of my dad’s ashes after reaching out on my own. They would not be mailing the ashes without further payment which would have been nice to know much earlier. I also learned that they did not honor my request for my dad’s hair and wasn’t even given an apology. Only, “I was unable to get a lock of hair” in an email. I’ll never be able to have that tiny piece of my dad due to their negligence. I’m heartbroken and disappointed by the lack of compassion and professionalism of Ullrey. I don’t recommend them to anyone.
We have used Ullrey 3 times and the staff always goes above and beyond. Their knowledge and compassion are top notch. I would like to give a special thanks to Randy for his extreme knowledge and help with organizing Military honors and his help with dealing with the VA. Thank you for making a painful time easier.

The funeral was done with respect and was a beautiful day for my Mother! We had no idea of how to proceed and being so emotional for our family the Staff was amazing and will never forget how we were treated so tenderly. Thanks for everything in this very emotional day we couldn’t have managed without you all.
We were very pleased with the compassion and professionalism. The did not try to "sell" us on anything. It is a difficult time made smoother by their kind efficientcy.
They were respectful and well informed. Handled the situation professionally and with generosity.
Loved it. Absolutely beautiful!!!!!
