Price was reasonable for gutter cleaning, Iouri also provided a detailed report on potential deficiencies that will need to be addressed in the near future. He also helped to reduce the noise from a downspout that was near a bedroom at no extra cost.

Yuri was great! He cleaned the gutters inside and out and made some repairs by adding where needed sheet metal to direct water. He also removed moss from the cement roofing tiles. He was up there for several hours working his butt off. Fair price and trustworthy.

We've been using the Adequate Solutions service for 5 years, since we bought a house in Burnaby. They always provide a good service. He also suggest a proper repair, but doesn't push you... instead he explains why this particular repair solution is better than the other. We're happy with this service.
