I read the negative review but I can only say Action Plumbing got what I wanted done right away! I had issues with my modular home a/c. I had cleaned it myself and wanted a second opinion from a pro. Caroline in the office managed to get a tech (Dave) out to my place (same day) and afterwards he called me to discuss everything he found. It's exactly what I wanted. A pro to test it and look at it from the crawlspace and Dave did exactly that! Thank you both to your speedy and professional service. I called other companies and could only leave a voice message. 4 days later, still no call back! I will be using Action again if I ever need plumbing, heating or a/c work!

Absolutely professional service. Caring and accommodating. Action will be the first call for any air conditioning problems, if we ever experience them again.

They don't honor warranties. In most cases they can't honor manufacturer's warranties because they don't hire licensed staff to install the products. However, they always answer the phone and are quick to give quotes because no one who does the research will hire them.
