Acropolis Pizza House

Horrible. Food was cold after waiting about 45 minutes. Front counter worker was friendly. Multiple people waiting for food and people that walked in after these people got their food first. Lots of angry customers and this makes for a terrible environment. 1 worker serving at the food while 3 others stand around. What happened to attempting to have fast service? First and last time at this location.

I ordered through Grubhub. I went to pick up and they said it’s in process. I’ve waited for more than 20min and saw other later customers picking up their food. I asked them again to check my food. Now they said they didn’t get my order. I asked how that happened? She said that food was taken someone who had same name but different last name. Whenever I asked my order she’s asked my name. She didn’t remember my name but how did she remember even last name ?? Comparing to someone’s different last name? It is lying ! And my name is not common American name is used only in my home country and while I was waiting I haven’t seen any same race as me. Their attitude was horrible when they were communicating with me. The girl was laughing and then i called manager. The guy seemingly like manager didn’t try to hear and just yelled at me what food he’s gonna make for me. There is no apology at all. Very terrible. I wonder what I experienced was racism or discrimination or common culture happened in Popeyes.

Ordered a chicken sandwich platter with two sides, cashier was ACTIVELY on her phone calling someone so it took maybe 5 tries to get the order inputted in the POS correctly. Proceeded to wait 25 minutes, until they realized they had forgotten about it. Asked several times and finally got my order, except instead of the two sides Fries, upcharged Mac and Cheese I only got mashed potatoes? Given I was 45 minutes into it at this point, and the person I could ask for help was sitting on the floor of the kitchen on her phone, I gave up. I understand this happening when busy, but I was one of three people in the store when this happened.

2 stars for their friendly service. The cashier & those preparing my order were very pleasant & accommodating. I ordered a 4 piece meal, with french fries & 2 biscuits one was a sub for a drink, which I didn't want. The french fries were the best thing in that box. THIS was The WORSE Popeyes I've EVER eaten. I only ate 2 pieces out of my order. I didn't trust the other 2 because the bird wasn't even hot/warmed to the bone or pass the skin. The biscuits was raw & pale, AFTER I requested & waited for darker biscuits. The chicken was old & fried in old grease 12hrs later, I puked once & kept gagging throughout the night. I've brushed my teeth & mouth out 2x, to get rid of the taste & film it left behind. I went there because I had a taste for chicken. NOW I am turned Completely OFF.

Very bad. they are lack food and didn't tell me. They wouldn't have told me if I hadn't found out. I eat out sick thing in the chicken. It's disgusting. I will never eat Popeyes again in my life.

Waited for an hour never got my order. They just don’t deal with mobile orders until you specifically complain to them. Literally everyone who had a mobile order waited for more than an hour while anyone who was behind us ordering upfront got their orders way before us.

Something that is sparkly and pink does not belong in mashed potato... We think its a fake eyelash.Food: 1/5

The food was NASTY! I ordered the spicy strips and they were extremely old! Chewy and Luke warm. The place is clean, but the food sits around unsold when college is out.
