Aces Pizza Shop

I've never had a bad pizza in my life until ordered a large pizza from here. Something is drastically wrong with their pizza. The sauce is garbage. The cheese is garbage. The dough is definitely garbage. After realizing that I didn't want to finish the pizza I gave the large pizza to homeless man. He was thankful until he had his first bite. He immediately spat it out and threw the rest of the pizza in the garbage. Yep. That bad.

I went to Aces Pizza shop a few days ago. I used to go to this location all the time and I didn't know they have changed name and owners Their quality and service also change and it not good! The price went up to $4 for a slice and totally not worth it! My pizza was warm/cold and did not taste good. I'm just glad I didn't get sick after reading the previous reviews! Even the pizza I make at my workplace is much better! I was also not happy with the lady that served me because after I paid for my pizza and sat down and eating the pizza. I was approached by the lady that served me and she said to me, "Excuse me your transaction did not go through". So I said to her, "I paid you cash so how can my transaction not go through?" Then she went and check and didn't even apologize to me! Maybe she should get her eyes checked. I kind of felt embarrassed! For sure I will never go to this place again.

Great service. Young, tall, blonde guy at the front was friendly and patient. Made the experience better than just a trip to pizza joint with his cheery attitude and welcoming demeanour. The pizza is great, different than anything else I’ve had at by the slice places. Will definitely be coming back.

There are like 6 pizza places within 1 block of this place, and this is the worst of them. Pie is very hard, limited flavour, and doesnt look overly appealing either. I suspect this place goes out of business in a year... which is funny since it took over from a different pizza place that moved down the block and is prospering there.

Ordered the Maui Wowi and basic Pepperoni via Skip the Dishes. Worst pizza experience ever.... It had a funky smell which seemed odd as it was "fresh" out of the oven... Tried to down a few slices then realized something wasn't right. Checked the bottom of the pizza crust ...it was all freakin moldy !! It had the moldy odor like bread that's been left out. I'm pretty close to a Ninja Turtle with regards to eating old pizza, but this was too much. I actually had to throw it out after only a couple slices. Will never order pizza from this Company again- so may better options.

I'd rather eat the pizza box out of a trash can. It's probably tastier and more nutritious. Don't be fooled. The good comments were for the last pizzeria there: Romanos Pizza which moved a few blocks away. For real Pizza at a much better pricego to Did's on dunsmuir and seymour.

These guys are making the real thing. The real deal. This isn't cookie cutter or machine Crust Pizza. This is Gourmet Chef made pizza dough with top quality ingredients. They will make any pizza that you want. Just ask.

My go to place for pizza everytime I am in Vancouver. Love the thin crust. Delicious!

new owner? cheese tastes awful , crust isn't bad but many, many better pizza options downtown.

Best Pizza on Granville, Open till 4. Friendliest most patient staff.
