This town was built on hard work and integrity, and we reflect that earnestness by providing people with a reliable place to shop. We’ve got what you need, and whatever we don’t have we can find. We also always have plenty of advice on hand to help you build, repair, and create. All you have to do is swing by our shop on East Commercial, right by the softball field, and say hello to our friendly crew. They’ll get you set up with everything you need for your next project. They always have what I need and the staff are super helpful. The best part is that they are completely non-judgemental to those of us who have no idea what they are doing. They don't even laugh when I return for the fourth time in one day to get the thing I originally came for but keep forgetting. Never change, Ace Hardware.
I'm traveling 2300 miles from home for a travel nursing assignment, didn't know where to pick up some supplies, but I need some planting soil and some baking tools in my temporary apartment. Found everything I needed here and the staff here is very helpful and kind. Ace really is the place! Now I have happy plants in a sunny window and banana bread in the oven!
I can't say enough nice things about Ace Hardware in Anaconda, MT. Each and every employee goes out of their way to be genuinely friendly and helpful.nnBut today took the prize! I drove about 60 miles to get there because the water heater in out bunkhouse went out and we have company coming. We selected a water heater on line , then called and reserved it before I went to pick up. On arrival, unbeknownst to me the wrong one was loaded into my pickup and I headed 60iles back to the ranch. Once we found the error, we called the store and the manager, Rick Wagner, loaded up the right one and met us halfway.nDue to a comedy of errors, we got back to the ranch and it was not the right one again.nRick, once again loaded up yet another hot water heater and headed our way driving even farther towards us this time.nHe arrived with a great attitude and big smile. NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Service is fantastic. Just moved in town and they help with all my needs.
Every time I go in I am always greeted by an associate. They are always friendly and always asking if there is anything they can help you with. The store is always clean and organized. My only wish is that they offered a Military Discount all year.
