I have just completed a 2 day - one on one training with Patti and Heather, I cannot thank them enough! I'm transferring from Sage to QuickBooks, Heather was excellent for my transition and made sure I have all my accounts in order as well as making sure my entries will be correct come year end. Patti was excellent with my 1st day of training with her and made sure I fully understood and answered all my questions before moving forward. I would highly recommend Accountapotamus! Just finished a one on one training session with Accountapotamus and I have to say, I am very pleased. Great people, great environment and made me feel very welcome. The training was top notch and very easy to understand. They even spent the extra time to help me work through some issues with my own Quickbooks environment. I would highly recommend them. An easy 5 stars!

It’s easier to give simple 5-star ratings but this is earned. Accountapotamus Inc. makes it really easy to put documentation into practice. The documentation provided and the 3-day training for Payroll Masterclass are intensive but well worth your time, money and effort. After the course, I feel at home in QucikBooks in general and in Payroll. I can refer to the massive documentation that was provided to me and find solutions at my finger tips. I asked lots of questions and all were answered by examples so that I could learn and practise. I would recommend that if you are using QuickBooks Payroll, to “train” your users with Accountapotamus Inc in Kanata—great teachers (knowledgeable in the field). Providing complete documentation makes us refer to it more easily and more often than searching it in Google. Thank you for your patience and professionalism. I took the 2 day comprehensive QuickBooks training. Though I've used QuickBooks for the better part of the last 10 years, it was quite engaging and I learned some new tips and tricks. The course is a must have for anyone new to QuickBooks.

Taking the Quickbooks training at Accountapotamus was an incredibly rewarding experience. It was a positive learning environment and a place where questions were welcomed. Patti is an awesome trainer who is professional, knowledgeable, and very patient. She always made sure I understood the lesson before moving to the next topic and I never felt rushed or overwhelmed. She was enjoyable to listen to and used excellent examples to illustrate her teaching. The practical application during the training was very valuable to instill understanding of the concepts taught. After this training I now have an excellent understanding of Quickbooks and all that the program offers and I now feel more confident in handling the books for our small business. I would highly recommend Accountapotamus. Thank you again Patti for such an enjoyable learning experience!
