Terrible customer service... Found it difficult to file a complaint and decided to write a review here. Sales rep Vipin was not very flexible. Insisted I sign that he's explained the introductory kit without having explained it. Slowly took his time to get his papers sorted, and even handed me the wrong papers as I was heading out. Started my phone plan terribly that I needed to call Freedom 5 times to have it properly set. Highly unrecommended.
