Access Ballroom Studio is more than a dance school it is a way of being. Our mission statement is not about us and where we want to be but rather about our students and where you want to be. We believe that we all just want to constantly grow and be happy. Dancing is just the tool that we use to help you get there. We teach Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Chacha, Rumba, Mambo, Samba, Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Viennese Waltz, Swing, Hustle, Jive and kizomba.

With years of experience, we have discovered that when people look for dance lessons they, in fact, want something more than learning how to dance. “Something more” may include making new friends and socializing, learning a new skill as part of personal growth, or exercising. Or it could be impressing one’s friends on any dance floor, feeling more in touch with their significant other by dancing together, finding a deeper connection with oneself, and more.

Elsa is a blast to work with! My husband and I booked lessons to choreograph our first dance with her, and from the start she was kind, understanding and worked with our two left feet as we have no experience dancing at all. We provided Elsa with a very unique, and very slow song, and she worked with us to develop a dance that was perfect for our level of experience and our style. Elsa is also a fun and funny person to work with, we laughed A LOT during our lessons and joked around, so our lessons with Elsa were always a great time. She was also accommodating, for example she let us take out a certain move from the choreography that we weren’t too fond of. I genuinely miss our lessons with Elsa! They were like a fun date night for my husband and I, where we got to laugh together, learn from Elsa, and do something fun and different. Elsa gave us the confidence and tools to dance in front of everyone on our special day. My favourite thing we learned from Elsa was how to dip properly! We used this move in our wedding photos and we looked awesome in them! Thank you Elsa, you were the best dance coach we could have hoped for :

Teaching and being part of the amazing Access Ballroom team has been full of great moments where joy, dancing and big laughs are never missing. The Studio has the most fun and welcoming environment, definitely the best place to be surrounded by people that share the love for dancing!

My partner and I wanted to start taking dance lessons for fun and to improve overall dance skills. We found Access Ballroom through google and it has been an amazing experience! We have private lessons with Bradley and he is an excellent instructor. The improvement we have seen after only 4 weeks is great - focusing on learning various movements and technique across multiple dances. He is a lot of fun and also helps coach us on where we want to get to in the future.  Through private lessons you get access to all their classes and it's a fantastic way to try out 12! different dances and meet other people. We are loving our experience here and plan to keep it up!

My partner and I came to Access Ballroom through a referral from a couple of our friends. We sought out to purchase a wedding dance package to learn how to move together and coordinate a first dance routine. What we did not expect was the amount of fun we would have along side our teacher Bradley and the rest of the Access Ballroom team! : We highly recommend

No experience is needed to start a group lesson or private lesson. They offer many dance styles but we mainly chose the Viennese Waltz.  We chose the longer private classes with Elsa. We had a few instructors but our main instructor was Elsa. They are/were all great at teaching us the basic steps in the first few classes and closer to the last few classes we started to learn the full routine. We had a great time working with all of them and are currently on the last few stretch of private lessons and we can't wait to see the end result for our upcoming wedding.  Thank you so much Access Ballroom team! We recommend it to anyone interested in learning a new hobby or for an event performance.

Ana was so fantastic helping us prepare for our wedding. My fiance is not a dancer and preferred having a routine to lean on. Ana put together a great routine personal to us and helped us through learning each part. We drove across the city to come to see Ana as she was so personable and patient. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing experience learning the first dance for our wedding at Access Ballroom! We would recommend this to any couple looking to try dance for the first time. Elsa is a fantastic teacher who is extremely talented and friendly, along with making every lesson informative & fun!

Our instructor Bradley guided us through basic steps and made sure to take his time with building our foundation. After that it felt so easy to put together a dance routine. My fiancé and I have been taking dance lessons for our first dance and it's been very exciting! We've been working with Ana and she's been great with coaching us - she is very kind and friendly. We had free access to all the group classes which was an amazing experience.

The staff team at access ballroom has been fantastic. They have zen like patience and are really good at teaching beginners like myself. My partner bought us the introduction package for my birthday to start dancing and to just get out of the house. It has only been a month and we're hooked. Highly recommend to all!
