Young and his team are the best! They repaired & waterproofed my 3rd floor roof top patio, that wasn't properly built by the home builder. I had tried "fixing" the problem by putting expensive tile over the original waterproofing flooring, however that only created more problems. After a year of trying to quick fix & calling out different contractors, my rooftop patio had turned into a rooftop pool and was leaking badly into my living room every time it rained for longer than 1 hr. Nelson and his team got to the root of the problem and properly waterproofed my rooftop patio. He did have to remove the expensive tile, however it was worth the peace of mind to have my home properly secure. Chasity Robinson
