The checkin was very easy and quick. Nothing is allowed inside the exam room room, not even jacket. I would suggest you to carry a light jacket if you want to feel warm and cozy in the exam room with AC. Washroom is located outside the facility on the same floor. Masks were not mandatory. Headset were of very good quality. Pen will be provided and a bottle of water is allowed if it is transparent and if nothing is written on it. Not very crowded.
I had situation during my test. And it was resolved by the supervisors very quickly. I really appreciate the help. Overall the experience was good, we had a warm welcome and were updated with the instructions very clearly
Don’t go to this school for any classes. I got bullied from teacher when I was in online course for learning English. She killed my passion. She told me why you want to learn? Your brain got so slow now!!! I called the school and told them what happened. On the website when you pay it says you have one week to see if you like it or not for refund. I asked them for refund. They had only one teacher to teach. I had no other choice to choose someone else. I paid around $750. They are going to pay me back $180. They pretty much rubbed me in polite way. They think we are just immigrants coming from other countries and have nobody!! Let’s treat any way we want. give yourself a favour and choose other school. This place is ridiculous.
Really recommend the immigration interview prep course, helped me a lot when preparing for the interview. We went through a lot of questions on the culture and value. The teachers also helped me to speak French in a more natural way.
Very helpful and good place to make citizenship exam
I totally enjoyed the service and experience. The sound quality was great and the room was well prepared for the exam. The only thing that could be improved is the keyboard. Thanks
The senior lady in charge reception and evaluator is very rude and unfriendly. She has no empathy even though she aknowledges the importance of the test for inmigrants. She's giving you the attitude from the reception and then you meet her in the room to find out she's your evaluator...not nice! It's hard to believe she's objective when evualting.
Very kind staff and clear instructions about the test. Everything proceeded smoothly and no problems were encountered
Taking an exam sounds stressful and gives lot of pressure, but when the staffs accommodated us, it lightened the fear of facing the set of test since they are so friendly. Thanks!
This center has the most nicest workers. Just study and practice hard you’ll be fine
