This place is simply disgusting,I wouldn’t even rate it 1 star! we stayed in the cabins they have, they charged us $3000 a month, never cleaned once no toilet paper.nPee stains all over bathroom walls, tile in shower cracked and disgusting and black, spider webs all over walls and bugs in every light fixture. Fridge was dirty.nnThe laundry room was atrocious !!!!!! Smelt like sewage and masking smell with bleach.nnAnd the list goes on.
We stayed one night in our motorhome and reserved a powered site near the high bank overlooking the Fraser River. The view of the mountains and river is stunning. Sites are adequate with room for big rigs to park in a separate area, though the ground is dusty and leaves silt on your shoes.nnThe campground was nearly full in late September, mostly with work vehicles from nearby construction. Bathrooms are dark and older but warm; they have showers, and there are older washers/dryers. Outbuildings are definitely showing their age and could use some renovation. Small cabins line the edge near the road.nnCost is very economical. The train passes often, but our loud AC drowns it out. Wifi supposedly works best near the picnic area artificial grass and weathered tables behind the bathrooms, but we couldn’t connect; our neighbor used Starlink instead.nnOverall: beautiful spot to crash for a night, affordable, and practical—just don’t expect polished facilities or reliable wifi and expect trains.
I wouldn't even classify it as a one star. 0 STARS all around. The bathrooms are disgusting, never cleaned or refilled. The train goes by every 30 minutes all night. The wifi + water are terrible. Lights blinking all night.
Dusty. Pictures misleading. Trains all night. I was given a slip w wifi name and password but the wifi was not active. I called the manager to ask about the wifi, left a message and never got a response. Packing House restaurant within walking distance was very good.
Stopped here for a week on our way to Alaska. We absolutely loved this place. The owner is incredibly helpful and friendly. The scenery is breathtaking and there is surprisingly a lot to explore in the area. Yes, the trains are loud but it just added to the ambiance.
