Abstract Painting

I give Abstract Painting a 5/5 because they have earned it. In my case, they did it right the first time. I think I speak for pretty well all customers, that a professional painter needs to give attention to detail. They accomplished that. Plus I've seen Chad's work done in other residential and professional buildings - top notch. I found his character to be honest, positive and courteous. I would hire him and his wife (who is a fantastic artist) in a flash.

We were pleased with Chad and Tania's work. The quote process was easy and once we decided to go with them, it was smooth sailing. They were clear in their communication, and we knew when to expect them in the house. As they worked, Chad was quick to answer any questions, and if I pointed out an item - quick to fix it. Very happy with the result.

With our experience being so directly opposite to the postings here I strongly suspect something fishy. Interesting that our neighbour also used their 'services' and has the same opinion as we do. The main job were the stair railings, which now has to be re-done. Initially it looked great so we had some other work done too. It turned out better, though several spots were missed. All was mentioned to Chad who said they would be back. That was over a year ago. I would say these people are slap on artists imo and definitely not professional painters. And yes, Chad, I read your reply and remember your empty promises about coming back. I wanted to write a negative review fairly soon after the 2nd job was done but just shrugged my shoulders and thought: let it go. But now the paint is coming off the railings it is just too much.

We had used Abstract Painting for extensive interior and exterior painting on our houses on 4 separate occasions over the past 10 years.The work was done to our complete satisfaction,and we would certainly use them again.The attention to detail given to each job by Chad MacDonald was both professional and personable.
