We had CertaPro Painters paint the entire outside of our stucco home. We were very pleased with their professionalism from the start. All the painters were courteous and highly skilled and we were left with an excellent job. We were so impressed we had them come back and do some interior painting too. First we must exemplify the professionalism provided not only by Jason but all members of his team and especially Collin & Ken who were responsible for the work on our house! Like most ,when returning home from work each day, looking at the same dreary exterior of our house at 20 some years of age, we decided to give it a face lift. What started out as the window and door trim became a complete exterior make over. It took us a considerable amount of time to decide on colors, once we decided to go with Certa Pro and Jason. His patience and understanding of our particular desires provided the basis of our trust and comfort felt once we were ready to sign on the dotted line. From there the rest was easy. Everything that Jason identified as being part of the process did indeed take place. The crew were extremely helpful and respectful of our property. Their commitment to our satisfaction was evident each and every day of the job by a call from the lead hand to ensure what was completed was correct...and it always was, to any questions we may have had about the work and its progress. Would we recommend CertaPro Painters .....absolutely with out hesitation! Now, everyday when we arrive home, its like we are at a brand new house. Our sense of pride has been restored and all our neighbors have complimented us on how amazing it looks! They even complimented the crew and their work ethic. Now its time for the interior! Our experience with CertraPro Painters has been nothing but excellent. We have had them three times and each time the workers were really up to more than standard, reliable, neat and great workmanship. Would we recommend them without a doubt. Keep up the honest and good workmanship.

Worst customer service we have ever Experienced , Jasons crew was rude, Damaged my boat with theyre ladders And equipment , When confronted the Painter from certa pro he threatened me , They painted our deck and it was peeling off within a few weeks , We hired another painter , I would not recomend certa pro period.

CertaPro did a great job painting the exterior of our house! Everything from the initial quote to the finished product was detailed and done in a very reasonable time. I would recommend CertaPro to anyone in the Okanagan.
