Excellent customer service from the staff and the manager Nikole! The shop is located in the convenient place with lots of parking around. The minute I came in staff greeted me with a smile and asked how they could help me. Inside the shop looks clean with a wide selection of quality wigs and hair extensions. Staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and made me feel appreciated. I definitely recommend this place for all your hair needs!

Extremely bad and disrespectful customer service. I have had weave hair extensions for many years and was told to go to Abantu instead of my usual place because it might be a bit cheaper. I walked in, told them exactly what I was looking for, the lady showed me three different types ranging from $200 - $275. I asked what the difference was and she responded with they are all about the same. I explained that I wash my hair everyday and treat my extension like my own hair (very good). She said the cheaper was should be just fine then. With hesitation I bought the hair (my appointment was the next day). I went to my hair dresser the next day and she put them and we both noticed how thin the hair was. She ended up doubling up on both rows. We've never had to do that before. Within in the week the hair was falling out, tangled and VERY dry. I would say I lost about half the hair in the extensions over two weeks. I would also have to brush the extensions about 20 times a day because it was SOOO tangled. I spoke with my hair dresser and she said I should call them. I called and explained everything to the Manager. She was very short and condescending with me. Told me I can only wash the hair twice a week and "have I ever heard of dry shampoo". Her only solution and this was her last resort, was for me to come into the store and for them to take a clipping of the hair from my head and then they would send that to manufacture and then MAYBE I would get a store credit. I, of course did not go back in, as there was no way I would ever shop at this store again. I then bought new hair from a very helpful and informative place and have never been happier with the hair I purchased.

BUYERS BEWARE of Abantu!!!!! Abantu has the worst products, at the most expensive prices, and they have terribly unhelpful and condensing staff, including the "owner" Mark Okoth. BUYERS BEWARE of Abantu!!!!! The hair is not real although they claim it is, its plastic. Tangles 1000x a day, losing hair all day by brushing the tangled rats nest out.\ BUYERS BEWARE of Abantu!!!!! Learn from others, read the posts below and buy elsewhere. PS the only good reviews of this store and their products are by Abantu employees. BUYERS BEWARE of Abantu!!!!!

This business has a ton of wigs, hair pieces, and assorted wig supplies in stock. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are reasonable.
