I have two separate accounts at one address with separate billing one for my home and one for my business. Both accounts are paid by their respective cards. I confirmed the cards on my fuel order and they billed my household oil to my business credit card, when I addressed the issue with them they informed me the could not refund and charge to the card I authorized it to be paid on and that Their dispatcher made no mistake and I would have to take care of it on my end. Their mistake my problem now.

Payed online thursday for oil friday and they took my money and still didnt show up and its now saturday and im in a freezing cold house .....:(

Worst service ever, ordered a delivery for today and because of weather they never opened or contacted me to tell me that I wouldn't get my delivery until tomorrow, when I specifically ordered for today because I was off and work tomorrow. By the time I called them to find out if I was getting a delivery today it was too late to order from another company.
