I received excellent service from AAA last night through AMA roadside assistance. The dispatcher was polite and quick to arrange the tow. The truck arrived in just 30 minutes and far exceeded the 60-90 minute estimate. The wrecker operator Damian was very professional, knowledgeable and worked quickly to get the job done. He was easily able to navigate through a crowded parking lot to drop off my large vehicle. Will certainly use AAA again for my towing needs
I got the privilege to meet AAA via AMA roadside. My son's vehicle had gone off road on a down hill bend. The car was super awkward to get out and needed a lot of work and thinking to problem solve it. The tow driver was amazing.. there is no damage to the vehicle despite the deep snow, he had the best attitude and even told me to thank my son for the challenge. I would totally recommend these guys! These guys were sent out via AMA.. they were amazing and got to us far quicker than my expected wait time. Thank you AAAService: Car towing
These guys are very upbeat and professional. I’ve used their service multiple times. I don’t do much on a computer think there a waste of time but I felt strongly enough about the service that I took the time to put up a review my first review. The dispatcher is so engaging and real I felt welcomed. The drivers are very good at there job and pleasant. And the prices are very reasonable. Great experience following my MVA. Rhonda and Ali were both courteous and professional from start to finish. They are authorized by Calgary Parking Authority and picked up my truck from the lot in a timely manner. Very reasonable tow rate. Highly recommend, very stress free service. They also accepted etransfer for payment which made for a simplified process Thank You!
Absolutely amazing company. I cannot thank them enough for saving my day. The sweetest man pulled over when he saw me in the ditch at night and pulled me out. The truck driver with AAA Towing was very careful when pulling my car from the ditch. He kindly waited a little bit for me to arrive at the scene and made some careful considerations about how to pull my car out without risking the car sliding and rolling over. He carefully secured my car on the truck’s platform and gave me a ride to the mechanic shop. The truck driver was friendly and helpful. I am pleased with his careful service.Service: Car towing

My car got towed by Brandon, he was amazing. Super professional yet casual and fun to talk to. He even helped move the car into the proper place. I waited 36 hours after putting a request for my car to be dropped off and thats amazing! Considering it is December in Alberta Highly suggest usingService: Car towing
