A1 Will County Self Storage

Great storage facility. Owner is easy to work with and has competitive prices. Across from Will county Sheriffs office, how much more secure could you want. Highly recommend.

It's a very nice facility. I just didn't like not having access to my camper Saturday afternoons or Sundays. If the office is closed, I couldn't get to it. I had to take Monday's off to bring my camper back since they are closed on Sunday's. If I wanted 24 hour access, I would have to pay more than double the monthly fee.

This has been a fantastic facility for the past 7 years. The owner is top notch and keeps the location clean and safe. Never and issue.

I have had a unit at A1 service for a couple of years. My rental experience was great. There were no problems. When I had a concern, I brought it up to Dimitri, the manager, and it was dealt with proficiently & in a timely manner. He was always kind, patient and welcoming. Great customer service. I have been storing my boat, wave runners (2) and my summer car with A-1 Will County Storage for over five years now and have never had an issue or complaint. Dimitri is always polite and available. You cannot find a cleaner and more secure storage anywhere. I highly recommend them.
