The food was fine, got the order correct but the person helping at the drive thru was not wearing a mask or gloves. If they dont require these in the midst of this pandemic we are still facing, we will not be returning. There plenty of other options in the immediate area that take the health and safety of their customers seriously.
Me and my family were in Indiana, and we never heard of this restaurant. It was absolutely fantastic. Very tasty burgers. And excellent service. I wish they had this restaurant in Buffalo NY.
Given the wrong order - forgot my cookies - the mashed potatoes were very watery - given barely any gravy
Restaurant pretty dirty. Feet stick to floor, none of the 20 or so tables were clean. A&W root beer flat, burgers were barely warm. Lots of other choices in the area, probably better off anywhere else.
Burger was cold and the onion rings were terrible , definitely cooked in old oil
They don't carry A&W's best item, the rootbeer freezes. What a disgrace to A&W
Don't let the pictures fool you, the burgers suck
