Morning prep was obviously not done correctly because there was no syrup in the machines for the juices.nTook nearly 25 mins for them to get our order right and give it to us. Only 3 other customers in the restaurant that had already been served. Must be all new staff because there was no comprehension of how to cook to match a fast food time expectations and the staff not only barely spoke English but did not know how to use the register to put in an order. Will be going to Smitys instead considering how long that took.
chased out best employee and new manager is intentionally trying to run out anyone making a decent wage did the same thing fairview it will be garbage. the regular staff are amazing new manager is treating people like slaves
Used to love coming here, now we get to wait 15 minutes for cold food and a lady glued on her phone unbelievable and disrespectful will not be coming back if I could give it zero stars I would unbelievable
Just stood at the till for over 5 minutes with my mom waiting to place the order no one else in line and still didnt get service walked out, need better service for sure wont go back
The new owners have wrecked this place. Today at lunch the was ONE person working the entire front. You can imagine how slow that made everything. I felt bad for her.
