There's nothing like A&W. I love their grass-fed beef, and the cod burgers in the summer. Still remember when the waitress would bring your order out to your car on a big silver metal tray and hook it onto the driver's window.
Stopped in today with the family. Our sons' buddy burger was moldy, while our fries were very cold, onion rings had been refried/over cooked and we were charged for a second fry that we didn't receive. We won't be going back.
I struggled with the app and a canceled order. The corporate customer service was not overly responsive but this local branch came through and settled the account. Restored my faith in the brand..always loved the wonderfully fresh food.

2 stars had to wait infront of restaurant for food. Then had to drive back through drive thru to pick up a missing soda. Later found out that the order was almost completely inaccurate. Disappointed.
the staff at the Hawkesbury A&W are great servers and bring the breakfast right to your table. A good breakfast for a reasonable price. Friendly fast service, lots of condiments and local newspapers to read while you enjoy your morning.
