I paid with change. Coins to be exact. And the lady working the drive-thru shamed me for it. and said that I shouldn't be paying with coins because it's so busy and I should only be tapping my debit but that was all the money that I had at that time!
Always the best Fast Food quality and care in Nelson. They go the extra mile with their customer appreciation.
At the risk of being controversial I think this may be Canada's best burger. And did you know they will make a burger for your puppy? And that root beer!

This was THE WORST customer service I have ever recieved. Ever.....simply correct the order and and be polite. Trying to get what i asked for was like an interogation. It was a simple item. A simple fix. J was met with RUDE agressive response by the manager and staff. Dispicable!
Slowest drive through experience I have ever had on my life. And the food I received was unsatisfactory.
Worst A&W ever. I will never go here again.
Their milkshakes are some of the best I've had & decently priced too.
