Lack of professionalism in staff. Guy in front was helping me while he was on phone with his AirPod in one ear. He made the wrong order at first. Staff should not be allowed to be on phone while they are working in front .
Yam fries were soggy and pop was warm. Burger buns were hard. Giving two stars just because the washroom was clean, otherwise will be just one

Food is better than most a&w restaurants. Family washroom was clean but I heard the men's and women's washroom was dirty.

Food was good and even the boy attender was very supportive.
Overpriced ready in 30 seconds. Yes friends fast food is getting faster. Or maybe it’s been sitting here awhile. First time I longed for McDonald’s. At least they are consistent. Something is not right with this A&W.
Worker making my food did not have a mask covering their face. Food was okay, buns were not toasted.
