This A&W has been questionable at best, with weird shortages and inconsistent orders, but this last experience was it for me. November 17 I picked up a chicken burger combo and received this salmonella burger instead. Brutal.
Just had probably the best double buddy burger I’ve ever had here today. Order didn’t take long, and the food was almost too hot it was so fresh. Some parts cleaner in the dine-in but not bad for a fast food place. Could use some updating in the building visually but overall a good stop on our road trip
Wait times are absurd, 30 minutes for a burger, helloo. Also got wrong order, such a joke. How about speeding up or hiring more people? and actually paying attention when your customers order?
Thanks for the friendly service and for filling our waterbottles. I introduced my family to Beyond Meat Burgers and they really enjoyed them. Thanks for honoring the coupons and keeping such a clean restaurant.nnMaybe on the future, A&W can consider using an egg-free mayo or uncle sauce. This way, I don't have to ask for ethical and sustainability reasons. Also, A&W can advertise a 100% plant-based rather than a 100% plant based pattie. Thanks for the consideration.
Not quite quarter to closing and the doors are locked and a customer can’t get in. Travelling for some time and wanting to make an order and use the washroom. Personally, I’ll be taking this A&W off my list of stops when travelling. It always sucked, but if customer came in at 9:59 we would always provide them with service. I’d been stopping here many times over the years driving North and South in this province.nnVery disappointed.nnI would like to add that a person I spoke with outside said he was there at 20 to 10 and the doors were locked and he was ignored, he had 2 friends on their way, and another fella walking his dog was walking away disappointed while I spoke with the first guy about the poor service.
