Hi. 

Will be writing a formal complaint. We went through the drive through and they messed up our order. Ordered one teen burger, two buddy chicken burgers and two medium root beers. They handed us our three burgers and I asked about the drinks. They weren’t even on the order even though we asked for them. Being on a 30 minute lunch break I didn’t have time to sit in the drive through so I told him to forget it because he continued to argue with me saying that we never ordered the drinks. When we got back to work we realized he gave us two chubby chicken burgers and a teen burger. So frustrating!!! Any other drive through that I’ve been through they would of rectified the situation but the young guy decided to argue with me instead.

Went to get a burger meal but after ordering & receiving my meal I saw a sign for a special that would have save me some money but was never mentioned when I ordered. I guess I should had looked at all the menu sign & specials before ordering not realizing on them to mention it next time. The food was really good though I must say.

Clean place with an outstanding staff. The person taking my order was extremely friendly and helpful. All members not doing other tasks were on cleaning duty and kept the place looking great. Good job!

Always more or less rude ..wait for food in drive tru is excessive .
Ask for a receipt and wait for an answer ..not a great place
