I always ask for no mustard and always get mustard.  Not just a little bit of mustard but the bun is soaked in it.  I also always ask for ketchup in the bag and when I go through the drive thru and have to park and go in to actually get the ketchup. Bacon and Eggers come on a burger bun NOT an English muffin like the picture on the menu and every commercial advertising them. Very disappointing.
