The food is good and I love the chain, but my partner and I had a lackluster experience today. We pulled into the drive thru and no one spoke or greeted us. With no indication that anyone was there he started ordering anyway. Apparently there was an employee waiting, just not saying anything. Then they took longer than usual to get us the food and forgot our drinks. It took them even longer to get those! They also forgot a pack of chipotle mayo that came with our fries. Regardless of this, don't boycott the place. This was just one experience out of many pleasant ones.

Slowest service I have ever received at a fast food burger chain. I had to wait almost 10min for a burger and onion rings. The people who work here have zero customer service skills, no smiles...nothing.

As fast food, I generally like some options on the A&W menu. I like the veg burger and other members of my family like the lightly breaded chicken breast strips. 

This location is terrible. In Drive-thru they ask you to wait 9 minutes for almost anything. In the store you have to stand there for minutes until someone actually acknowledges you.

I suspect the food may not be good 1. because staff don't seem to care
2. because no one goes there

Usually these issues stem from poor management. Staff are a bunch of teens who are just busy chatting and having a good time when a line-up of hungry customers is waiting. When they finally come to the counter, they look like they really don't want you threre. 

Tables are often dirty and garbage is so full you can hardly put anything in it, even in the morning.

I have been here a few times and I've come to realize that my negative experiences here have been more than occasional.

I'd rather go anywhere else but here.

Worst A&W ever...this place is swarming with flies. The washrooms are smelly and rundown. This place used to be good but now the worst. The fries are bitter due to really really old and reused oil. They got 3 simple orders wrong. 1 star is too much for them. Stay away from this location.
