Ordered extra crispy onion rings in the drive thru and had to wait 10 minutes. Onion rings were good but waited way too long. Also, they would not hand out or honor any coupons or promos to customers that didn't get coupons in the mail. Other fast food chains honor the promo price even without the coupon.

Horrible! Do yourself s favour and don't let them ruin your breakfast! People running drive through in the morning that can't speak any English or know how to open the window. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and a large tea.. Drove up to the window and 15 minutes later after explaining to her what a large tea half lemon half green is, she brings me a small tea with one bag in it and tells me to have a great day! 3rd day that this is happening now, switching to tims or McDonalds! You guys owe me breakfast!

Stopped at A & W in Portage la Prairie yesterday for supper. Food was great as usual. Had the new mushroom/fried onion burger....I love it....have had 3 of them by now. However, was surprised at how dirty this place was. The floors were littered including behind the counter. Walking to the washroom I was slipping on the greasy floor. Not impressed!

great junk food. pretty clean and quick service. only negative thing is that some staff isn't really customer friendly.
