Very poor experience. Inherited thee contract from previous homeowner - several service calls where they forgot the proper filters then charged us to return with them. Ultimately cancelled our contract after they mismeasured our replacement airconditioner unit, caused 1,100 dollars of damage to our home during installation, agreed to pay for damage and ignored our calls for three months. We can only speak to a receptionist who "cannot make those decision". At least she is apologetic. The worst AC/Heating experience you could buy with so many options available. The worst.

This business is very unprofessional and it seems as if they do shady business...I paid for a new 5,000 unit for heating & cooling, but they installed a 2 year old unit. then it doesn't work so they send out a guy and I find out its an old unit they installed. the repair guy couldn't fix it so now I have to wait until Monday to get it fixed? I may be reporting this to the BBB and state contractors board...

Just great. Arrived with in the specified time ( on a hot day ) , found the problem in minutes . Had the part with them , replaced it, AC back on ( 20 minutes total ). No attempts to up sell me and The PRICE , at first I thought it was just the price for the call ( not the work or the part ). I have a family of five, it was about a big grocery bill.
