Loved my experience here at this gym. I really enjoyed the ability to come at whatever time worked for me and to train with no set class times. Not sure if you'll get this flexibility anywhere else. The staff were energetic and motivating. The equipment was great to use and this gym definitely helped get me in better shape. I enjoyed the weekly challenges and the ability to win a championship belt! Thanks!!
My wife and I love the staff and workouts. Every workout is different and only 30 minutes long. It is a fun and refreshingly different way to get a great full body workout at your own level of difficulty. I recommend trying the free first visit just to see for yourself.
9 rounds in Fort Saskatchewan is staffed with excellent individuals who tailor your fitness routine to your requirements. The 30 minute class time that begin at every 3 minute interval make adding it to your day exceptionally easy. Within 45 minutes of arriving you can wrap your hands, do a variety of daily changing exercises, work out hard, unwrap your hands and leave. I highly recommend 9 round to friends and family!
Great place and a great workout! The staff is extremely enthusiastic, warm, and welcoming to new members. Every single one of them knew my name even though I struggled to remember all of theirs. The trainers will intervene in some of your exercises to challenge you and keep things fun. The workouts change daily and get some variety even within the day from the trainers. You set your own pace here and how difficult the workout is is really up to you. I found that if I really pushed myself I was absolutely toast by the end. Great cardio and will definitely keep you in shape. The location is quite narrow but fairly long allowing them to have a linear station based workout 9 rounds/stations with a few minutes per station and transition exercises in between. The location is well lit, has high ceilings, and is very clean/well kept. Unfortunately, due to lack of space there is not any formal change room however they have 2 uni-sex bathrooms available. This means that you can't shower off after what is definitely a tough workout. I got to try out their gym on trial basis and really enjoyed my time there however I didn't personally think it was a good fit for me. I was using the gym for cardio but then had to drive to the local DOW center to use weights. At their price point, to me it was missing a few things I was looking for however I think others might really appreciate the high energy that they bring and the community they try to build. If you're looking for a quick 30 minutes workout daily after work? This place is for you. Be aware that this location is closed Sundays and is only open 8-12 Saturdays which I personally found unfortunate as I'm typically far more motivated to workout on the weekends than during the week and couldn't use it. Keep it in mind.
the value here is off the charts! You get the attention of a trainer for your entire workout for a very low cost. No need to schedule anything you just show up and start your workout anytime during their open hours. I think there is nothing remotely like it in Fort Saskatchewan. If you're looking to get yourself into shape you need to check this place out.
