One staff member in particular is the most un happy person I've ever met in my life. She's rude and becomes immediately huffy when you get to the till... Aside from my dealings with her, if she's working I either walk out or wait for someone else to help me. She's that dreadful. My dad was visiting from out of town asked how much the egg rolls were. She said she didn't know. Could you check please he asked. NO! I can't do that iam not aloud! (prices aren't posted. Even my dad left his stuff at the counter and walked out. Unbearable. He said he would never go back.

gone downhill in. the last few years. been their twice and they didn't have 7 11 staples out like taquitos wings or wedges. left the store disappointed.

I am a regular customer only because of the closeness and hours of the store this store has the Worst service ever... On a regular basis too. They are always out of a different kind of pop. Or coffee creamers. When they do have chicken. ..which is not that often...they never have sour cream or dips for the wedges. My most recent visit to the store my boyfriend and i were at the till when the crotchety old lady with blue eye shadow that works there blatantly accused us of stealing and made my boyfriend lift up his shirt and coat. When it became obvious he did not in fact steal inatead of offering an apology she bagan looking through the store as if we had stashed the " stolen goods" in the store some place!! In a town where people are begging for work you would think management would have staff on hand. Disgusted and offended i will not be spending any more money at that shotty dirty establishment.

Your Coleman AB location was the worst service I have received. We as a family were traveling and your Coleman Location was just right to get something warm to eat, we go in and all the hot food was gone. The cook just came in as we did, that was a shocker because it's dinner time. Also the Empty racks were gross!, I mean if they have no cook going and your just sitting there maybie clean up? Then these lady's are just going on how it's going to be a long wait so we wait because it's really the only place there for quick food to feed the family. My husbands says he would like to complain to a field manger and they say that we could not and told us that they can refuse customers.....why because we are upset? There was no violence or name calling, just upset hungry customers. And this is after patiently waiting 30mins.
