I had a really good experience with this shop. Were very professional and went over and beyond to make sure I understood every stage of the work and did everything to protect my interests. Great guys!
We were on vacation ran into some trouble needed four new tires for our Honda Pilot these people were excellent they ordered the tires from Calgary told us they would be in by 11:00 a.m. and we would be done probably before 1:00 and they delivered right on what they said so thanks guys and girls you did a great job
Blew a tire in Fernie on my boat trailer, although it was lunch one of their techs brought a Jack and took the tires into the shop and brought two new tires in less than half an hour, had me out on the lake same day with a brand new set of tires on their lunch break. The pass shop has done all my work so far on my truck from tires to glow plugs and the service is fantastic. Knowing I can call at anytime and have backup from both shops is a great sense of security!
Blew a tire while towing our trailer nearby, called the shop and they were able to help us get two new tires on within an hour. Fast and accommodating service.
Not overly impressed with the customer service we received at the Blairmore location. Not really interested in any excuses, however we'll take our business elsewhere moving forward.
These guys have helped me out while in a pinch a couple times. The last time, I blew a trailer tire on the side of the road. I brought the rim in and they had me back on the road very quickly. They even had a rim to set me up with a spare. Friendly and professional staff.

I ordered a set of wheels and tires through integra tire in Blairmore AB. The type of wheels that showed up were not the proper ones, they did not inform me in anyway yet continued to proceed with mounting them to a set of tires I also ordered. Upon arriving to pick the wheel/tire combo up, I realized they are not the true set up that I ordered so I mentioned this and was told I was in the wrong for not noticing part number differences between the 2 types of wheels on the invoice yet the title and description of the wheels on the invoice is exactly the same as what I ordered. Correct me if I am wrong but the customers purchasing the wheels are not the ones working at the tire shop and most do not understand specific part numbers. Long story short I had a deposit on the wheels and tires, the wrong rims arrived and they were mounted and now I’m in charge of purchasing the setup even though it’s not what I originally ordered. Usually businesses care about customer service but from my experience with this business, they do not care and would rather blame the customer. I’m not one to post reviews or be a “Karen” if you will but I will not be shopping here again due to my experience.
I have nothing but good things to say about the owner Todd and his team at Integra Tire! I went there with my new truck on Saturday and the tires i ordered didn't fit properly, so the team stayed late to get another rim and tire set up done for me!
