They have some really Rude employees. Me and my bf go in every night for their wings. Yet tonight when he went to buy us food and snacks they made him pay 66$ for our order from yesterday when we had proof we already paid then told him I HAD to come with him in order to solve the issue. Then they served us 7 year old expired chocolate milk.I have a broken foot and multiple unnecessary trips are not in my schedule we also have a daughter at home so I couldn't leave her alone either. They could have searched up my rewards account and found proof of purchase too they chose not to but instead chose to be arrogant and stole from us
I went to pickup the delivery order. A rude and ridiculous employee is working here at night. Nobody will accept his attitude. He's around 40 and 50. This is Wednesday March 15. Every time his attitude is like and he's thinking he is the boss or manager in all canada. Whatever he's doing affecting this business. I don't know why the management stick on this useless guy.
Only experience is orders through Skip the Dishes. They constantly mess up orders. You get pepperoni for cheese pizza slices. You don't get straws for your slurpee and they are constantly out of product but offer it through the delivery service. Most of the time half my order is missing or hot foods are cold after waiting over an hour for delivery. I will never order from this place again.
I had a terrible experience in may. I purchased a gift card for my little nephew because he likes to play with cards and wanted to give him his own for his birthday — I purchased a restaurant gift card and you could choose the amount. I said $25 and the lady cashier rudely repeated $25? like that wasnt enough.. thats a lot for a child to have and honestly that remark really upset me because not everybody can afford to give $100 gift cards.
seems like there has been a management change.. new employees who have no idea whats going on and the warm foods stand is always empty at night.
My husband went in and grabbed us food. Meatballs were undercooked and had barely any sauce. The employee was told several times “3 beef and cheese taquitos” we received 2 chicken and cheese ones. My entire meal was inedible thanks to the employee who didn’t know how to do his job. Whomever was working Sunday, June 5th, 2022 at approximately 1:20-1:30 AM, needs to be fired. Literally did not follow a single instruction.
Staff is always very accommodating and friendly. They always greet me at the door and remind me to scan my optimum points. No matter how busy it is the front counter always does their best to meet the needs of all the customer in a timely manner.
Why do they have that food in there because it's never never never ready I can't see how they make money on that stuff when it's NEVER ready
Ordered chichen bites with spicy thai sauce and nacho bowl through uber eats. They did not give sauce for the chicken and nacho bowl didn't have any cheese. Complete waste of money.
What kind of store allows someone to.come in with stolen credit cards and allows people to keep taking out 81.22$ over and over again until card was declined??? A store owner involved in the scam that's who... 5 different cards with multiple transactions on each card and this didn't ring a bell with the store employee at 430am..
