I used to shop here because I literally live right beside but now it's so overpriced that I would rather go hungry and wait for a chance to shop at Walmart or Dollarama. You are paying for convenience but 3 snacks will cost you over $20. Never really had a problem with the workers though and some are pretty friendly and easy to get along with. Not a lot of them seem to last long working there though. This location also doesn't sell lots of hot food, only taquitos, nachos and hot dogs. No pizzas or wings or meatballs or anything of the sort. That being said I like to go for the carnival cookies, hot dogs or mini donuts.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Unbelievable how the girl working at night time was talking on the phone the ENTIRE time she was helping us. Then she proceeds to tell us that we are unable to get food even though it was right infront of her. Then she proceeds to charge us for it even though she refused to give it to us. Definitely needing a change in night time worker that’s for sure
Convenience store open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Store is stocked with many items at noticeably higher prices than the regular supermarket chains, as convenience stores order smaller quantities of inventory at higher per-unit prices from wholesalers. Typical 7-Eleven fare here are Slurpees, soft drinks, snacks, hot dogs, and taquitos.
Wow~ I'd normally comment in detail but this place~no need.. It was such a rude experience~PERIOD.. Family business and stressed, and I guess opening 24hrs must be tiring but me and my family also gone through such experience. But this was something different. The girl working there was just so hateful. If you don't like your job and don't know how to behave to people, then you should find something else! Not only are you hurting yourself, keep working hurts your business and your family.
Seven eleven is awesome. I've had two problems over the past 5 years where I felt I had been overcharged or just dealt with poorly, however after interaction with the management I have left happy and satisfied. Oh thank heavens.
Massive shout out to the local 711 staff in tswassen for helping me out when my DoorDash driver neglected to bring my drinks! Just had to drive up and they offered me 3 large slurpees and a donut as compensation without charge. Definitely made the entire experience much more enjoyable and has definitely solidified my brand loyalty ! Thank you so much again to everyone working there :
This place needs to hire people that can actually do their job. The clerk was just talking punjabi on the phone while serving customers.
Decent selection, poor customer service. Older man working was very lazy would not refill cup lids and yelled at me for trying to get my own for the storage cupboard below. What does he get paid for?
I brought some stuff and asked the guy to use washroom. I was told they dont have public washroom.
OK selection, poor customer service. Older man working made rude remark about a customer to me, after the customer left the store. Very Inappropriate for a workplace, even if its a convenience store.
