Most of the reviews on here are unfounded. I have been living here with my family for 2 years and have found absolutely no issues whatsoever. The condo is managed very well and is located in one of the best neighborhoods around. The complex has an infinity pool and a very well equipped gym which surpasses what any decent gym would have. The complex has a great sense of comradery amongst the residents who try to help each other out via various forums set up within the complex. The concierge is very helpful, when engaged, and the property management together with the board proactively try to work with residents to resolve issues within the units.
Great facilities and the concierges at 30 BB are consistently kind and helpful in the two years I've lived here. The maintenance staff are similarly courteous and hard-working. And the location is excellent.
I recently moved into this building, and I’ve been quite disappointed with the maintenance standards. The hallway look so dirty, haven’t seen anyone passing the vacuums, or anything at all.nThis lack of upkeep makes the common areas look dirty and poorly maintained. Additionally, the front door does not function properly, even when the accessibility button is pressed, which is a significant inconvenience and a potential barrier for those with mobility challenges.nnGiven the management fees we are paying, the quality of maintenance and attention to detail are far below expectations. These issues make me question the value we are receiving and leave me regretting my decision to move from my previous building, where these standards were much higher. I hope these concerns are taken seriously and addressed promptly.
That Punjabi male concierge should get fired immediately for not being there at the desk for more than 15-20 minutes after I arrived as a delivery driver. What a waste of time, I couldn’t access the elevators without it.
Great location. We need more owners living in this building. It’s def getting better.
