The management of this building does not care about maintenance. What do our maintenance fees even to towards I will never understand. Brani Delcheva is completely useless and unresponsive. This treadmill has been out of service since I moved in MAY 2025, it's now MARCH 2026 and the same sign has been ok the treadmill for 10 months. Management should be ashamed of themselves. Do not move in here unless you enjoy living in a building that when things break they never get replaced or fixed. What a joke.
15 Baseball pl - The lift has not been working for nearly three months. I have lived in 70-year-old buildings and never experienced such prolonged negligence. This is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on building management.
I wish I could leave 0 star -nnHygiene - the lobby stinks, dog pee and poo everywhere within 50 m radius outside the building. See the picturennelevators - there are 3 but always 2 is workingnnoccupants - Worst part - inconsiderate, they let there dog bark all day all night every level sounds like a dog amusement park 24/7. Management do nothing, I have to call 311 animal control. Someone in the building does weight lifting and rambling noises at night.
Most of the reviews on here are unfounded. I have been living here with my family for 2 years and have found absolutely no issues whatsoever. The condo is managed very well and is located in one of the best neighborhoods around. The complex has an infinity pool and a very well equipped gym which surpasses what any decent gym would have. The complex has a great sense of comradery amongst the residents who try to help each other out via various forums set up within the complex. The concierge is very helpful, when engaged, and the property management together with the board proactively try to work with residents to resolve issues within the units.
Great facilities and the concierges at 30 BB are consistently kind and helpful in the two years I've lived here. The maintenance staff are similarly courteous and hard-working. And the location is excellent.
