Peaceful and great neighbors!! No complaints so far. Sometimes the repairs get loud but not too frequently.
Every summer there’s LOUD construction and they even locked us in our homes from the outside of our balconies last year so no one could go out. Some floors have mice and cockroaches. Management needs to do more about loud construction noise ALL DAY EVERY YEAR
If you want to live in building of horrors owned by neo-nazis, thats the place to be. 24/7 non stop drilling. They re torturing elderly , parents etc. Its literally impossible to be there during the day due to non-stop horrible drilling noise. They “repair” balconies yoy non-stop. Who knows why. This is indeed a true ghetto.
This place is ok, if you can't afford anything else. But, there is periodic balcony repairs which can take a long time, laundry bins get smashed by other residents once left in the laundry room, and the community here is unwelcoming. As another reviewer has said, this place is a true ghetto with a bad community.
