Normally love their food and normally great customer service but today was handled horribly. I ordered at 4:08pm, my order was cancelled shortly after. I wqs not notified at all. I was waiting almost 2 hours. No email. They called but it was not my current phone numberyes, my fault, but it should ALSO be policy to EMAIL when an order is cancelled. This is unacceptable.
Very few toppings, taken out too soon from the oven. The worker seemed to be lost in thoughts ir something else. No proper customer interaction. Since qe were out of town got our pizza and out. Most probably will not go there again as there are more options in town.
A delicious pizza with a great price! We had a deal of medium pizza, garlic bread and pasta. Loved the combo. Highly recommended!!!!!

Do you like Pizza Pizza ? If your a fan you will like 241 of Gananoque. Unfortunately for me it just doesn't cut it. I tried ordering what they call crispy fries and OMG ! Soggy uncooked gross save your $4 don't order. Also the gravy was so disgusting threw it out. I also tried their chicken whatever they call them Tyson has better product. Do it yourself save your money. Personally for me I couldn't stomach ordering again

Went there first time. Ordered family size pizza with some other stuff. Employee was so rude and started abusing even i was taking nomal and polite. And refused to give pizza or refund after we made payment
Being able to still get a deal in today's economy is great! Somehow these guys are pulling it off! Hits the spot for a quick grab and go pizza for the family. Quick, friendly service we will stop by again on our way through town
Usually there's no problems ordering 241, but last time I ordered they couldn't get the order right. Ordered pepperoni pizza. Received cheese pizza. Requested the correct pizza, and got a pepperoni pizza, but no sauce. I made my own dipping sauce because it's faster than going through the phone tree and waiting for a third attempt, completely defeating the point of takeout.
