Best food experience I’ve had in Fredericton. A bit pricey but definitely worth the visit. Try to get a seat inside, the outside is a bit rough. Maybe they could put some patio cushions down outside to spruce it up.
Update: still awesome, revised menu items keep this place fresh. Absolutely brilliant experience. All the dishes we tried were perfect with wonderful conversation with our bartender. We will definitely return to try more plates.Food: 5/5
Simply put, this place was incredible. It was intended as a celebratory meal before family left town, and the food and service together made for a night that has to be my top meal for 2022. Do not be fooled by the size of the menu, every single dish is incredible. I would definitely recommend going with a few people so that you can try as much as possible. For the quality of the dishes, they are more than worth the price. I love to cook but even I had trouble figuring out how exactly the chef had put together the current menu. I cannot wait until I can go back again and I could not recommend it highly enough to anyone visiting or living in Fredericton.
Very relaxing and enjoyable. The food was excellent and the service was top notch. It is a European style of eating, over and hour and a half of culinary delights. My compliments to the chef and staff. It is a great place to unwind ànd to slow down the every day stress. We definitely will be back. Oh and the cocktails perfect change from the ordinary. Cheers
An amazing meal with a mix of subtle flavours, rivalling some of the best eclectic mixes you would find in the greater cities. A clean and precise menu, enabling sharing that makes the entire experience even better. Quality ingredients, great friendly and personable service . Dessert to die for … try the peanut butter semi-fredo !!! the cocktails are a must to start with and don’t be shy to order seconds. Truly an amazing little bistro type of restaurant that can truly deliver a great experience! Thank you Peter / Jennie and team . We had a memorable experience!
Service was top notch! Ambiance was lovely. Brussel sprouts were amazing as was the salmon main. After the sprouts and salmon the beef was lacking a punch of flavor. It needs a little something extra. Overall great experience that would have been amazing of the beef had been more flavourful.Food: 4/5
Came here last night with my wife for our anniversary. Excellent spot to sit and enjoy some delicious little bites and some of the best made cocktails in the city. Not huge portions but they make up for it in flavor. Highly recommend.
Exceptional food and wonderful, engaging service. The food was very well prepared with subtle flavours using locally sourced fresh in season produce. Peter's chef skills were well displayed in the presentation and taste experience. Jennie provided exceptional service and was engaging and provided excellent suggestions and pairings Well worth the visit and definitely my best food experinece in Fredricton
I've been waiting for months for a chance to get to Fredericton and try this spot. I can't wait to go back. The atmosphere and staff were lovely, and the food was a real treat. Beautiful presentation, incredible flavours and clever combinations. I love the familiar selection of dishes. Call ahead to ensure a table. There is a seasonal "sipping" container for groups, and small sit-up counter outside.
Had the best dinner with my family here, didn’t book a reservation but happy we got there early because people packed in as it got later. Each dish was made from extremely fresh often local ingredients. Highly recommend the house pickles, beef tostadas and the brassica for appetizers. The portions aren’t that big but the flavours are! For mains: The steak was a dream, and the pasta was cooked to perfection. I really enjoyed the salmon too, the potatoes that came with it had great flavour. The dessert was unique, out of the three, I’d say that the home made peanut butter ice cream was the best, but the olive oil cake came a close second. if you are too full for dessert, you’d have to get their coffee. We loved it. Staff were friendly and helpful, and we had a great time. A must try in this small town!
