Decent food, this establishment serves its purpose. It successfully and quickly delivers hot, Asian food in an area with not many options and is also the only Asian restaurant open on a Sunday. I got the teriyaki beef rice bowl combo with milk green tea + boba. The boba is kind of hard, but the tea is good. I would get lychee jelly instead next time. My husband got the beef miso ramen, he probably wouldn’t get it again next time, but he finished it. My friends got the tonkontsu ramen flavor is kind of light and rice bowls and they all say it’s decent. I will visit again if I am in the area. I like that the atmosphere is chill and enjoy having a nice table to sit down and dine in. The service is very fast. Price is expected because of the tourist area. We are all satisfied with the portion size and are full from our meal. 4.5/5 stars.
I had a rice bowl and mango lemon fruit tea combo for $16.99. Pretty good deal in Lake Louise. Portion is enough for myself, met my expectation. This is a fast food shop in a tourist area. It is unfair to compare them to any Japanese Ramen or Chinese Dim Sum restaurants in the city. Not sure about you guys, but even if I went to my usual favourite restaurants, their price is now higher. We all want the best value for our bucks/quids/Euro, but let's be real, the world is no longer the same as before. It will take time to come back to pre-covid level or never will. I agreed that the meat portion will need to improve for some customers okay for me but again thinking the impact of COVID had made on the retail businesses, I am not that harsh. It is nice to have hot food in cold and rainy weather. I love their bubble tea and the friendly staffs. After all, it's normal that most people will only leave negative feedback and too lazy to leave good ones. Unfair for the shops for sure. So give them a try yourself and keep managing your expectations and be fair. Have a good trip.
Cheerful staffs. Food and drinks are ready fast. Most important… they taste good! Have to go with the combo with bubble tea. Best value. Only remember to take photo after eating and drinking. Lol
The guy or owner i think its very friendly. We got their special beef bowl and boba. The boba its not good at all. We got old boba from yesterday because we were there when they just open. The portion its very small.
Tonkotsu ramen was served for here in a paper bowl for $16. Two small pieces of chewy and tough beef, egg was still cold. Noodles and broth are decent to be fair, so it wasn't a total waste, but super over priced. I wish I had read the reviews before coming here, there's way better options for food in the Lake Louise village.
Ramen is pretty decent and good when the weather is cold. But i found the menu to be lacking in variety. Some gyoza would have been nice
We accidentally dove in before taking photos. Food here is amazing! Perfect portion size. A little on the pricier side but it’s expected for lake louise. We ordered the teriyaki beef bowl combo pictured, tonkotsu ramen pictured and shoyu ramen. The beef bowl was my favourite. The ramen is not too salty which is usually why I avoid ramen so it was great! For the combo, I got a dirty milk tea which was really good but I’m big on sweets so it was perfect for me. Definitely recommend this place for a lunch or quick bubble tea : they run out of food around dinner time so I recommend coming in earlier!
Interior could improve, not the best to sit among drinks and boxes around us. The counter is too tall to see the employees. Food is decent. Bubble tea is too small for this price, smaller than standard sizes. Employees are very friendly and nice. Parking: Plenty! Dietary restrictions: They have vegetarian Ramen options
The boba here is great! What good service and such kind staff. The bad reviews here are unwarranted, for boba in the middle of the mountain, it’s a 10/10!
i love the ramen here but never to-go. the containers they have usually open and spill the broth, hopefully can get better containers or putting the broth in a separate container. because the ramen is really tasty
