I recently dined at Zyka Elevated Indian Restaurant in Banff, and it was a fantastic experience! The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it perfect for a cozy dinner. The menu features a great variety of authentic Indian dishes, each bursting with flavor. I especially enjoyed the butter chicken and the garlic naan—absolutely delicious! The staff was friendly and attentive, specifically the owner Anishensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, Zyka is a must-visit for anyone craving quality Indian cuisine in a beautiful setting. I can't wait to return!
I visited the restaurant with my family and friends late at night. There was a little waiting time because we visited without a reservation.nThe food was so delicious, and everyone sitting at the table was overwhelmed by both the taste of food and service.nI personally liked the sweet & sour soup and chicken 65.nWe felt the price for the food, and 18% gratuity was reasonable for the location of the restaurant, service, and ambiance.nThank you!
Best service hands down. It was the highlight of this food adventure for sure. I never had an empty glass of water. I ordered the curry that had a coconut base after I was recommended it. The dish was alright. Not my favorite but definitely edible and suitable. I did not like that you had to pay extra for rice- $5 for plain jasmine rice. I feel like that is almost a scam and it makes me not want to ever go back. How do they expect people to eat curry without rice? You have no choice but to buy- especially if you are gluten free because the other option is nahh. Overall, I think if you are looking for Indian you will be satisfied going here.
We visited this place first time last month for lunch. The guy offered us to try for the buffet as the ordered meal will take time to get ready. So we accepted his offer and tried the buffet. No regrets, the food was amazing and we enjoyed a lot. The Indian curry was so delicious along with other curries. This place is must try.
The food and the experience was amazing! The staff was incredibly helpful, attentive I.e., Jerome and Aneesh. The recommendations were incredibly helpful and every dish was better than the last. We will definitely be returning in the near future!
