TERRIBLE customer service. I've contacted the business, Saba and Zora over 15 times. They have not had the decency to return any calls or emails. Over $700 spent on a package 1 out of 20 sessions used. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. I am sure there are a lot clients just like me - I feel scammed.
I can't recommend Zora Skin Care & Wellness highly enough! Zora, Saba and the team are incredibly professional and lovely to visit with during treatments. The results have been excellent and I will definitely try other treatments with them in the future.
Been seeing Zora for the last 5 years, she is very kind, and amazing with her work. I recommend everyone to go here for eyebrow shaping. Saba is also great too. Thank you
Over the past 6 months, I have enjoyed the most pleasant experience here for laser hair removal. Both personnel are super nice and Zora is very knowledgeable and caring. This has been a contrast to my previous xp at places with very bad attitude staff. Definitely recommended.
Like other women here, I have contacted called, left voicemails, emailed multiple times over the last few months and haven't heard back. Are they permanently closed? I have sessions leftover from a package. This is quite frustrating and disappointing.
Absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend zora skin care clinic for any type of skin related treatment. The staffs are great, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The results you’re getting are excellent. The place is nice ,clean with calming environment.
Careful doing business with these people! I purchased packages for laser hair removal and they are refusing to refund the money even though they are not completing the services!
I have had electrolysis and IPL treatments from Zora. She is very professional, doesn’t push other services or products but gives advice if you ask for it. I have been very happy with the results and highly recommend checking it out.
I got botox injections for my forehead wrinkles and recieved amazing results in months! I am thankful for zora and her team for the amazing work and highly recommend to everyone who wants to recieve botox and fillers
