I was incredibly impressed with Anna's attention to detail and the extra effort she put in to make sure my cat was comfortable every step of the way though the hair cut. She was so friendly and nice too. I will definitely continue using her service in the future.

Great experience, ignore other review saying that Anna was in a bad mood, this is clearly some type of post from a competitor under a some false name. Anna was prompt, and super friendly and groomed my cat perfectly. You could tell that she was a nice person who loves animals and I will continue using her and referring her to other people. Nightmare experience! Must've caught Anna on a bad day I hope this was the reason as she was moody, rude, and tardy. Anna did not treat my cats any better. Her tools were subpar. For the price there are much better options out there - I had a wonderful experience with Lucio at Woof Wash Mobile.

Amazing! Did nail trims for a new puppy and two cats and made it look so easy! I’ve struggled with the cats for ages now - and they let her trim their nails while sitting on her lap! Way less stressful for everyone having her trim the nails vs me. Thrilled to have found her.

Anna is an amazing groomer to my long haired cat. Anna is friendly, professional and a cat hair cut master! My cat always comes back looking amazing and Relaxed.

I have seen good comments about Zoom Groom, so I tried to contact Anna for a cat grooming service. However, even though the website says she serves Vancouver, she does not serve Downtown Vancouver nor Vancouver East side. According to Anna, she is based out of Kits, and she only serves the west side of Vancouver. So if you looking for a service for areas outside of Vancouver west side, she might not be available for you. I am writing this post mainly because I want to make it easier for people who want to find a mobile groomer who serves Vancouver area including the west and east side of Vancouver, and downtown.

Anna is excellent and my cats love her. Does a great job and follows up promptly with further appointments.

Fast service with a van - no mess at your place at least not from the cat and our kitty properly enjoyed her new groomed look. Wholly recommended.
